All submitted content must be original, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and relevant to bioregional research. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines or is otherwise inappropriate.
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
The UBEC Platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, decisions made based on data or information obtained through the platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany.
